B-Right RealEstate Sets 4.7 Million Sq Ft Mumbai Development Roadmap by 2033
At its Vision 2033 event, B-Right RealEstate outlined plans to develop approximately 4.7 million sq ft across Mumbai by 2033, with Founder, Chairman & Managing Director Sanjay Nathalal Shah setting out five focus areas: redevelopment beyond construction, financial discipline, governance and transparency, Mumbai-focused growth, and a considered approach to complex redevelopment. The event also marked the growing role of Rudra Shah, Sanjay Shah's son, whose focus is on-ground execution and technology across the group.

Step-down subsidiary B-Right Bombay Highlines Developers Pvt Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the Bhagat Singh Nagar slum rehabilitation project at Village Pahadi, Taluka Borivali, a 10,008 sq mtr parcel expected to yield around 5 lakh sq ft of sales area and a Gross Development Value of ₹1,600 crore, disclosed to BSE under Regulation 30.
B-Right RealEstate Shareholders Approve ESOP and PSU Schemes at 19th AGM
B-Right RealEstate's 19th annual general meeting, held in Mumbai, saw shareholders unanimously approve all eight resolutions on the agenda (including adoption of FY26 financials and two new employee incentive plans, the BRRL/BKKL Employee Stock Option Schemes 2026 and the BKRE Performance-Based Stock Unit Scheme 2026), alongside closure of the company's fixed deposit scheme. Voting turnout reached 83.94%, with promoter participation at 99.99%.

B-Right subsidiary Parth Construction sold FSI and residential units spanning 176 units to Keystone Realtors for approximately ₹143.45 crore as part of the Ambika Nagar redevelopment, taking cumulative pre-sales for the project to ₹506.73 crore ahead of a scheduled March 2028 completion.
